Stockton. The perfect environment to …

Catch the Osprey spirit.

Shouting at the top of your lungs is highly encouraged at Stockton—where the Ospreys are concerned. Whether you’re packing the Sports Center for a playoff game or gearing up for your mock trial competition, you’ll feel school spirit all over campus. Our people are proud to rock the black and white!

Keep it real.

Stockton is different on the diversity tip: we don’t just settle for inclusion and tolerance. We actively promote a campus culture of equity and social justice. We take a stance against hate speech and hate crime with our Bias Free program. Through Stockton Safe, we’ve made the University an official safe zone for people of any immigration status. We support student organizations—such as the Unified Black Students Society (UBSS) and the Asian Student Alliance—that promote dialogue and raise consciousness on campus. And we go beyond patting ourselves on the back for having a diverse campus. We ask: “Why should it be any other way?”

Get organized.

With more than 130 student organizations and clubs on campus, you’ll find it hard not to get involved in at least one. From student senate to spirituality groups to the Stockton Car Club, if you have a passion, we have a club for it. And starting an organization is incredibly easy at Stockton because we give you all the tools to make it happen.

Get involved.

If you’ve never led a student organization before, we’ve got your back. Through the Office of Student Development, every student organization gets a Student Development Advisor, who can help you and your club with event planning and day-to-day stuff. You can also opt to have a faculty or staff advisor as an additional resource.

See how you can make your college experience all your own.
